School counselors play an important role in assisting and motivating students of the American Intercon School to achieve effective education, including discipline, morality, etiquette, and safety education, both physical and mental. We help them develop and change their thinking and attitudes toward right and positive manners. Moreover, we conduct counseling on their psychological issues, such as personal, relationship, family, and other behaviors. In doing this work, we also facilitate learning and teaching during school hours. Besides, we also help parents who have difficulty sparing their time for involvement and follow-up with their children's education. Last but not least, we provide guidance to students on making decisions about the subject or field that they want to pursue in college.
