Mengly J. Quach Scholarship Student Exam was first established on July 6, 2012 in the 2011-2012 academic year with the aim of selecting students who excel in all subject from grade 7 to 12 to receive scholarships in the 2012-2013 academic year for a full year, especially to encourage students to work hard to study for high quality education, as well as to select outstanding students to participate in exams with outstanding students outside too.
